How to enable Google SearchWiki

Currently there is no method to enable Google’s new feature ‘SearchWiki’ You either have it as part of your Google account or you don’t. I will continue to search out answers and update the blog as soon as more information is available. If you don’t have a Google Account you can sign up for one at Google New Accounts.

Currently all that is available for enabling Googles Searchwiki is:

  1. Must be logged into your Google Account.
  2. Language preference must be set to English
  3. Brand new accounts and really old accounts do not seem to have the feature yet. My old account just gained access (11/22/2008)
  4. It may help to logout of your Google account, clear your cache and cookies and login. This did not work for me but others reported it successful

I found this on another blog, it has not worked for me. Anyone else have success with it?

“For now, SearchWiki is only available for the English-US Google. To try it, go to http://google.com/ncr to reset your cookie or use this page: http://www.google.com/webhp?gl=us&hl=en). “
